premier houseboats are pleased to present lady rodmell, a colvic watson originally built in 1983 but not launched until 2017, and available on a residential mooring subject to the marina owners agreement. lady rodmell offers excellent accommodation due to her wide beam, and has a strong build. she is currently used as a static home, the engine can be set up to cruise by the current owner if required.
lady rodmell offers comfortable accommodation, and has a combi gas boiler to provide hot water, as well as a diesel fired heater that can heat the entire boat. there is a large double cabin aft that has a double berth and built in wardrobe, together with further storage. the wheelhouse provides an excellent navigational point, whilst also doubling as a second lounge area.
the main saloon has a comfortable lounge area which can also provide two single berths. there is a dinette with an adjustable table, and a galley with 2 ring burner, oven and grill, plenty of storage and a sink with hot and cold water. forward there is a single cabin, as well as a wet room with shower, hand basin and sea toilet. there is a fridge/freezer and an upright washing machine.there is some lovely woodwork throughout the boat, which just requires a small amount of finishing.
externally the boat is easy to access all around, and has areas that can be utilised to enjoy your surroundings. lady rodmell offers affordable ongoing costs, and a good level of accommodation.
